Have you been away from yoga for a while or have you never tried yoga? Come to class on Tuesday nights for a series that focuses on breath coordinated with movement, an introduction to standing poses, sitting poses and using props to make everything easier and better for your body. We'll take some time to focus and meditate at the start and finish of the class to make your comfortable with yoga and your body doing yoga. As always, we share it in an atmosphere of light-heartedness, fun and enjoyment.

I am a registered Holy Yoga instructor and classes will typically be Slow Flow Hatha style. Slow enough for all levels while giving more experienced students the opportunity for growth. All levels welcome.
