dRAW heART is a one of kind space for those interested in something entirely different from an office space.  ​Great for those seeking a space that can accommodate dynamic individual work or an intimate group setting.  Located on the top floor of ​a bustling medical building, this attractive minimalist studio features hardwood ​floors, plenty of natural light and good ventilation from multiple windows that open onto a courtyard featuring a japanese maple tree.  The studio is self-contained with a private waiting room and washroom.  dRAW heART is downtown with free two hour street parking nearby and easy access to public transit.  ​ ​

​2026 Rental Rates:
Hourly: $35/hr
Half Day: $120/4 hrs
Full Day: $225/8 hrs​
There may be discounts for monthly rentals (depending on frequency and duration) with a mimimum of six month commitment.  
Please note: dRAW heART has a scent free and no outdoor shoe policy.  
​Feel free to bring your own indoor shoes if you wish.  Socked or bare feet are welcome:)
